* How long is the rental period?
up to 5 hours is included with your rental $10 dollars per hour for additional hours.
*How late can i keep the rental equipment?
All parties are subject to being ended at 7pm except movie screen rentals.
* Is everything you have listed on your website or do you have different units?
We are always adding to are inventory of rentals and update our website as soon as we get new rentals so check back often.
* What all do I need to do to rent?
First find the items you want, second contact us to check availability, third we will need a confirmed date, name and address of where the rental will be going, fourth when we arrive you will have to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver and have a valid driver license, then finally show us where you want the unit and pay.
* Do you deliver and how far?
Areas of service include Sparta, cookeville, smithville, baxter, allgood, rock island and various other areas. Delivery is free up to a certain distance.
* Can I pick up my item?
No. we must deliver and setup each item.
* When do I need to pay for my unit or rental?
When we deliver your rental you pay then.
* What if the party is canceled due to weather or other conditions?
That is no problem we ask you call us no less than one day prior to delivery.
* Do you give refunds?
No. You have the right to cancel up to the day before delivery, once it is delivered there is no refund. Rain, shine, or party canceled. No matter your reason once it is delivered no refund will be given.
* HOW DOES DISCOUNT WORK
When renting more than 1 inflatable all additional inflatables will be discounted at %25 off price. the first inflatable will be the one with the highest rental fee discounts do not extend to side items.
*What rules are there for your bounce houses?
General rules are no shoes, no food or drinks, no gum, no sharp objects, no hanging on nets, no more than one child on a slide at one time, no jumping down slides, no rough housing and absolutely no silly string. Any further questions about rules feel free to ask before renting.
*it is very important that all participants follow all safety rules posted on each inflatable and given by our crew you must only have 1 person on a slide at a time next slider must wait until previous rider has fully exited the slide you must only slide down the slide feet first sitting on your butt with arms crossed over your chest any other position may result in injury do not slide on water slide until splash pool is filled for your safety by renting any of our equipment you fully agree to fallow all safety rules we are not responsible for injuries to any one due to rule breaking
* By renting, reserving, or participating at any level you automatically bind yourself and any participants to out rental contract, rules, regulations, procedures
we are not responsible for any injuries or damages you as the renter, host, or participant renter is liable for all safety and injuries and damages
